Full job description

Overview
We are a small friendly family run business looking for someone who can look after our accounts whilst also helping to keep the day to day operations running smoothly.

No two days are the Same!

One moment reconciling payments the next coordinating with customers and suppliers or helping improve a process within the business - just making things happen

Responsibilities

Book keeping & financial administration, invoice & payment tracking - reconciliations , cash flow, resolving any issues that arise - liaising with our external accountant
General operational support wherever needed - keeping the business organised and running
Implementing price increases & updating the catalogue & eBay site as required
Processing of Daily Purchase orders on our B2B supplier sites and checking confirmations , chasing deliveries etc.
Control of sales ledger , chasing payments ,copy invoice etc.
Payments to suppliers

Requirements

proven experience in accounting & Business operations
strong Computer literacy - confident in use of software , digital tools , excel & internal systems
Confident with Spreadsheets
Happy to Juggle different tasks as required but also a strong team player who enjoys the challenge of being involved in all parts of the business.
you would need to hit the ground running, be a natural problem solver, tech Savvy , operate with minimal supervision to a high standard in a varied hands on role
