Reformer Pilates Instructor – Freelance

Location: Gallions Reach, East London

Reports to: Studio Director

Department: Pilates Vibes

We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Pilates Vibes. If you love helping people feel their best, enjoy building a sense of community, and have solid Pilates experience, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

You’ll lead group classes and one-to-one sessions, focusing on Reformer Pilates. Experience with Mat, Cadillac, and Chair Pilates is a bonus (but not essential). Your role will be to motivate, guide, and inspire our clients, making sure everyone feels welcome and supported.

What You’ll Do

Teach engaging and safe Reformer Pilates classes (plus Mat, Cadillac, and Chair if qualified).
Offer personalised adjustments to suit different abilities and needs.
Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where members feel part of a community.
Track progress, give constructive feedback, and celebrate client achievements.
Keep the studio clean, organised, and equipment in top condition.
Stay up to date with Pilates trends and continue to grow your teaching skills.

What We’re Looking For

Friendly & Personable – approachable, positive, and enthusiastic.
Qualified – Level 3 Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates certification.
Experienced – at least 2 years teaching Reformer Pilates (other equipment experience is a plus).
Great Communicator – clear, confident, and encouraging.
Adaptable – able to tailor classes for all abilities.
Professional – reliable, punctual, and committed.
Passionate – genuinely care about fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Local – ideally based near Gallions Reach.
