Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in massage therapy, and customer service within a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be passionate about helping clients look and feel their best while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
Stay updated on the latest techniques, and products to enhance service quality.
Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with relevant certifications.
Skills in massage techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
Ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide customised treatments accordingly.
Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential. Join our team to deliver outstanding massage services that leave clients feeling refreshed and confident!

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
