Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing law firm in Knutsford, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent Conveyancing Solicitor job offering hybrid working, a competitive salary, enhanced holiday allowance, health scheme benefits and free parking. The salary for this Conveyancing Solicitor job is up to £40,000 dependent on experience. My client has offices across the Northwest and this Conveyancing Solicitor job in Knutsford has arisen due to continued growth and increasing client demand, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a busy and supportive team.

Role Responsibilities

The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters, while supporting the continued growth of the Knutsford office. The day-to-day duties within this Conveyancing Solicitor job include:

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion independently
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
Delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to client needs
Maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication throughout transactions
Ensuring files are progressed efficiently with strong attention to compliance and risk management
Drafting, reviewing and reporting on contracts, title documents and property paperwork
Progressing matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care
Ensuring compliance with risk management, file management and regulatory procedure
Maintaining strong billing discipline and awareness of financial performance
Supporting business development and networking activities to grow the client base
Contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing office environment

Person Specification

This Conveyancing Solicitor job in Knutsford would suit an experienced and proactive Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own workload and delivering a high standard of service.

You will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

Newly Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential conveyancing experience
Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload from start to finish
Strong understanding of conveyancing risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent client care skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
Commercial awareness with an understanding of billing and performance
