Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is essential,. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws and company standards.
Serve food items with attention to presentation and quality.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest experience.
Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, and beverages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all duties.
Assist in setting up for events or special functions when required.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential; full training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
