Overview
We are seeking a professional Taxi Driver to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work flexible hours while ensuring passengers reach their destinations efficiently and comfortably.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the taxi vehicle in accordance with local traffic laws and company policies
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance
Assist passengers with luggage or mobility needs when necessary
Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and mileage for reporting purposes
Communicate effectively with passengers to understand their needs and provide excellent service
Follow all safety protocols, including adherence to COVID-19 guidelines and protective measures

Requirements

Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; previous experience as a driver is preferred
Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling luggage
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse customers
Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and safety regulations
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure vehicle safety
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
