Line Chef (Full-Time)

Company: Ludo Sports Bar and Kitchen
Location: Exeter (City Centre Venue)
Hours: Full-Time (Flexible shift patterns)
Ideal Candidate: A passionate, high-energy cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Bonus points if you are a massive sports fan!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Before applying, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

Availability: Must be able to commit to full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and key sporting event days.
Experience: Proven experience working as a Line Chef or Commis Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment is highly desirable.
Right to Work: You must already have the legal right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Execution: Cook and present high-quality dishes according to Ludo’s premium menu specs, ensuring consistency during peak match-day rushes.
Kitchen Operations: Support the wider kitchen team to maintain exceptional service standards, speed, and safety.
Food Safety: Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation and adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen, working collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
