We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Assistant to join our growing digital team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in driving the performance of a fast-paced ecommerce business. You’ll be at the heart of our online trading activity supporting how products are presented, analysing performance and continuously improving the customer journey to maximise conversion and revenue. Working closely with teams across the business, you will help ensure our website is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand, while gaining valuable exposure to trading, merchandising, and digital strategy in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise online collections to optimise performance against key KPIs
- Monitor stock levels and maximise availability, sell-through and revenue
- Analyse trading performance and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve conversion and site performance
- Support website updates, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand and conversion-focused
- Assist with on-page SEO to improve organic traffic and visibility
- Work cross-functionally to deliver successful product launches and online activity
- Maintain site accuracy and support day-to-day trading operations
- Conduct competitor and market research to drive continuous improvement
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the Ecommerce team
- Assist senior stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and insights
- Support the wider team during peak periods to ensure smooth site performance

Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong interest in developing a career in e-commerce within a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Some experience or placement exposure within e-commerce, digital, retail, or a related commercial environment (fashion or lifestyle desirable).
- Awareness of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals (e.g. product page optimisation, content, paid media or CRM
