Key responsibilities:

- Sales and handling customers – using your expert knowledge to provide storage solutions and a great customer journey at every contact point across different platforms including face to face, over the phone and via email.

- Developing and leading a team of Store Assistants a– you will have active role in recruiting, developing and leading new and current team members, to ensure the store runs effectively. You will be required to complete reviews, provide training as well as manage rotas and annual leave for all team members within your location.

- Ensuring procedures are followed and compliance expectations are being met – you will be expected to implement and ensure team members are following all Flexiss processes. You will monitor any ad hoc building maintenance, health and safety, security, and system usage to ensure compliance expectations are met.

- Data handling and administration – you will be required to complete accurate data entry, record keeping and reporting on our internal systems as well as being proficient in external software’s including MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Guarantee store standards are met - You will track, meet and exceed all targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will use in house feedback and customer reviews to ensure any areas of improvements are completed to the Flexiss standard.

About you:

You need to have a proven track record of excellent time management and organisation to ensure location under your management are exceeding their targets.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be expected to communicate at all levels from your store team members to senior management and customers daily.

A positive, proactive and can-do attitude is a must, every day will be different, and you must be willing to get stuck into the different areas of the business. One day you will be selling a storage solution to customers, the next, you will be required to provide training on new procedures to your team members.
