About the role

This role has been mixed,hydrated and stretched to perfection.

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Pizzaiolo to support the kitchen team and help deliver consistently incredible Neapolitan pizza,every single service. You’ll lead by example in the kitchen,bring energy to the team,and take pride in producing high-quality dough and pizza using traditional Neapolitan techniques.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience working with Neapolitan dough is essential
Confidence working with high-temperature pizza ovens
Strong knowledge of dough preparation,fermentation,hydration and service
Passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza and traditional techniques
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
Someone ready to grow,develop and be part of the Rudy’s Famiglia
