Full job description

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our St Ives Practice, PE27 5BH . As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is three shift patterns on rotational basis x 40.25 hours per week; 7.45am - 5pm, 8.15am - 5.30pm or 9am - 6.15pm. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
