Food & Beverage Assistant

An exciting opportunity has become available at Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen for the Food & Beverage Assistant position. Our Food & Beverage Assistant will help the hotel to continue to deliver great service to our guests in the bar, restaurant and functions area.

Key Information:

Role: Food & Beverage Assistant
Hours of Work: Casual
Location: Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, 122 Huntly Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1SU

As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include:

The service of food & beverage products in the bar, restaurant and function area.
To be able to understand and communicate effectively the menu and all products available to customers.
Deal with all payment transactions (Cash, card and room charging) according to company guidelines.
To provide a warm and welcoming service, ensuring that all queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:

Experience in a food & beverage position.
Great customer service skills.
The ability to work under pressure as part of a team and maintain a professional approach.
Experience working with payments.
Experience of Micros would be an advantage.
Flexible to cover various shifts over the festive season including weekend party events.
