Job Summary

PSG Group are a leading provider of crane hire, contract lift, port services and project solutions operating across the north east.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, strategic analysis, and leadership to make a significant impact within our organisation. The position is paid and suitable for candidates eager to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organisational targets across various sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and follow-ups.
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and presentations that meet client requirements.
Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
Prior experience in developing strategic partnerships or business development initiatives is advantageous. This role offers an engaging environment where proactive individuals can thrive by leveraging their sales expertise, analytical abilities, and leadership skills to contribute significantly to organisational growth.

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
