Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fire & Security Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the fire safety and security solutions sector. In this pivotal role, you will drive new business development, cultivate strong client relationships, and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of safety and reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to protecting people and property through innovative fire and security systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the fire and security industry, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) clients.
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored security solutions that align with their safety requirements.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, forecast sales performance, and analyze pipeline data for informed decision-making.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities for fire detection systems, alarm solutions, access control, CCTV surveillance, and integrated security systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are technically sound, compliant with industry standards, and competitively priced.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Experience

Proven management experience leading sales teams in the fire safety or security industry.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer needs, and sales metrics for strategic planning.
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales processes effectively.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Knowledge of fire detection systems, alarm systems, access control technologies, CCTV surveillance solutions, or related security products is highly desirable.
