Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team working within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality home care services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently within their own homes.

Responsibilities

Manage part of the Ann Inspired Care team with the support of our Service Co-ordinators and our area Manager.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Support and train new staff.
Complete regular reviews with clients and instigate any changes that need to take place.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.

Requirements

Experience in Home Care or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
