Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our dental practice. You must be local and be a UK registered hygienist or therapist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting oral health education, and assisting with clinical procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within a supportive environment, focusing on patient comfort and well-being. Practice is family owned mixed NHS/Private. Fully computerised (R4) and air conditioned

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and periodontal assessments for patients
Provide oral health education and personalised advice to patients
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic protocols
Ensure sterilisation and organisation of dental instruments and equipment
Monitor patient comfort throughout procedures and address any concerns promptly
Stay updated.

Experience

Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist or Therapist is preferred
Ability to put the care of the patients first.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Certification or registration with relevant professional bodies is required
