Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payment
- Contact customers via phone or email to follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any billing or payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to customers
- Conduct credit checks on new customers and assess creditworthiness
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software for invoicing and data entry
- Ability to analyze financial information and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing accounts payable
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and best practices
- Experience in telemarketing or collections is a plus
