Job Summary:

Full House Asia Hospitality Ltd is seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations, enhance guest experiences, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our hospitality services. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys managing teams, improving operational performance, and creating memorable customer experiences. What you'll do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of hospitality services to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Lead and support operational teams while promoting exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement operational procedures that improve efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to meet business needs.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.
Resolve guest enquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Manage operational budgets, inventory, and supplier coordination.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Support business growth by contributing to service improvements and operational planning.

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, tourism, customer service, restaurant management, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management abilities.
Experience using hospitality or business management systems is beneficial.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
