Become the storyteller of a movement: turn real milestones like debt-free key handovers into the content that recruits the next believer.

Most brands want your content to sell a product. We need something harder and much more interesting: we need people to believe that the economy can work differently.

Bayuti lets families buy homes with zero debt: they own a share from day one, a community of everyday investor-partners owns the rest, and every three months the family buys a little more until the home is entirely theirs. No loan. No lender. No one carrying the risk alone.

The product creates the proof, but the story creates the believers. The day a family gets their keys with zero debt. The investor whose monthly return helped build that front door. The moment a family's rent hits £0, forever. These moments happen on our platform and someone has to catch them, shape them and put them in front of the millions of people who have quietly given up on ever owning a home. That someone is you.

The role

You'll be the first dedicated storyteller of the Bayuti community. This is a genuine entry-level role: we're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for creativity, curiosity, energy, a feel for what makes people stop scrolling, and belief. You'll work directly with the founding team, and the community you help build will be the company's growth engine.

What you'll do

Tell believer stories. Film, edit and publish the moments that prove the model works: key handovers, staircasing milestones, 100% celebrations, investor and charity stories.
Run our channels. Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube; plan and own the weekly content calendar.
Create short-form video. Reels, Shorts and TikToks made on your phone with modern editing tools: fast, native, human, never corporate.
Guard the language. Our words build the new system: partnership, co-ownership, your share, staircasing, never the vocabulary of debt.
Ride the culture. Spot trends, news and viral moments early and turn them into relevant, compliant content at speed.
Measure and learn. Track performance, test formats, report what works, and help shape influencer collaborations and community campaigns.

Who thrives here, and who won't

This is for you if: you're a recent graduate (or up to two years in) who lives inside social media and digital culture; you've watched a brand fumble a moment and thought "I could have done this better"; and the idea of a debt-free economy genuinely excites you.

This is probably not for you if: you want to recycle trending sounds onto a product you feel nothing about. We hire people who believe what we believe: skills can be taught, belief can't.

What we're looking for

A recent graduate or up to two years of experience in marketing, communications or social media.
Comfortable filming and editing video; hands-on with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, as a native, not a tourist.
Excellent written English; organised, proactive and eager to learn; happy in a fast-moving startup.

Bonus points: you've grown your own account, created viral or high-performing content, have photography or videography skills, or have experimented with AI tools for content creation.
