Role Overview
The Senior Client Success Executive is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of member requests, projects, and events.
Working closely with the Client Success Manager and Client Success Executive, you will turn member needs into delivered outcomes - sourcing venues, coordinating suppliers, managing timelines, and ensuring every experience is executed to a high standard.
This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced coordination, events, stakeholder communication, and operational execution in a premium environment.
You will not own overall member strategy or commercial retention - your focus will be on flawless delivery and execution of member experiences and projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Member Request & Project Delivery
· Manage day-to-day delivery of member requests from brief to completion
· Translate member requirements into clear project plans and actions
· Coordinate suppliers, venues, and internal teams to deliver outcomes
· Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple active projects
· Provide regular updates to the Client Success Manager and senior team members
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Typical requests include:
· Private dinners and networking events
· Venue sourcing for events or hospitality
· Supplier research and coordination
· Conferences
· Bespoke experiences (often overseas)
· Concierge-style lifestyle or business support requests
2. Event Coordination & Delivery (Core Function)
Support the delivery of both Echelon Club events and events requested by members including:
· Venue sourcing and availability checks
· Gathering proposals and presenting options
· Managing RSVPs, guest lists, and attendee communications
· Coordinating suppliers (catering, production, hospitality, AV, etc.)
· Supporting creation of run sheets and event logistics documents
· Ensuring smooth on-the-day execution and member experience
· Assisting with post-event feedback collection and reporting
For all Echelon Club events, you will play a key operational role in ensuring smooth delivery. Strategic event design and calendar ownership sit with senior team members.
3. Venue & Supplier Coordination
· Research and source suitable venues for events, meetings, and experiences
· Liaise with venues to obtain pricing, availability, and packages
· Coordinate supplier communications and bookings
· Ensure all operational details are clearly documented and confirmed
· Maintain strong relationships with key venue and supplier partners
4. Member Support & Communication
· Act as a responsive point of contact for member requests during project delivery
· Communicate updates clearly and professionally to members
· Manage expectations around timelines and deliverables
· Ensure members feel informed throughout the delivery process
· Escalate complex or high-value requests to the Client Success Manager
5. Operational & CRM Management
· Maintain accurate records of all member requests and activity
· Log updates, communications, and outcomes consistently
· Track project progress and ensure visibility for the wider team
· Support reporting on event delivery and member activity
· Help maintain data accuracy and operational organisation
6. Internal Collaboration
· Work closely with the Client Success Executive on onboarding and admin support
· Support the Client Success Manager with execution of member initiatives
· Collaborate with Marketing where required for event communications
· Share feedback on recurring member needs or operational improvements
· Skills & Experience Required
Skills & Experience Required
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Events, Project Coordination, Hospitality, Client Services, or Client Success.
· Strong organisational and coordination skills
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Confident communicating with suppliers and external partners
· Experience in event coordination or venue sourcing (highly desirable)
· Comfortable working with senior professionals and business leaders
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through
· CRM experience (Salesforce preferred but not essential)
