Key Responsibilities

Qualify buyers and match them to suitable properties.
Arrange viewings and follow up promptly for feedback.
Negotiate offers and agree sales.
Maintain regular contact with buyers and vendors.
Generate mortgage, conveyancing and other referral opportunities.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Work closely with valuers and sales progressors to deliver a smooth customer journey.

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position. You will not be required to conduct viewings.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous estate agency sales experience.
Strong knowledge of the residential sales process.
Proven negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confident telephone manner.
Organised, proactive and target-driven.
Comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Previous Senior Sales Negotiator experience.
Knowledge of the South Liverpool property market.
Experience generating mortgage and conveyancing referrals.

Personal Qualities

Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
Professional, friendly and approachable
Excellent organisation and time management
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours and Salary

Salary: Negotiable based on experience. Commission bridge available to support you if you're leaving pipeline income behind

Contract: Full time, permanent, 36 hours per week

Working pattern: 5 days a week including every other Saturday (you will have a day off in the week on the week you work a Saturday)

Office Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9am to 5:30pm, Fri: 9am to 5pm, Sat: 10am to 4pm. We close on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
