ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Full-Time office based position

We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, is confident dealing with customers and suppliers, and has excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing general administrative support to the business

- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails

- Processing customer orders and invoices

- Data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Filing and organising paperwork

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff

- Assisting with accounts and purchase invoices

- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other documentation

- Maintaining company records and documentation

- Assisting with scheduling and general office organisation

- Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks

- Processing delivery paperwork and PODs

- Completing web orders and arranging courier collections

- Carrying out other reasonable administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload

- Reliable, punctual and professional

- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers and suppliers

- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Microsoft Excel a necessity)

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Accurate with excellent attention to detail

- Able to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines

- Previous administration experience is essential (minimum of 2 years)
