The Role:

In the role of Strategic Projects Manager – Delivery Vehicle you will be expected to work across traditional boundaries within the planning profession and involve the areas of development management, planning policy design and implementation
The Strategic Manager will improve delivery of development projects of strategic importance to the City/Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC)
As the Strategic Project Manager, you will deal with strategic/regionally important planning applications (and associated detailed applications) from submission through negotiation and determination, to implementation and delivery with specific responsibility for the Mayoral Development Corporation
In the role of Strategic Project Manager – Delivery Vehicle you will be expected to take the lead with developers to secure the best possible developments for the City and across the MDC Area as well as work across the Directorate, the Council and with partners including Homes England, the Combined Authority and MDC
