Key Requirements

- Must have access to own vehicle and be able to drive colleagues (mileage reimbursed)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Weekend availability on a rota basis (approximately 1 in 5 weekends)
Additional earning opportunities are available for candidates willing to use their own vehicle to transport team members and for those interested in laundry/ironing work from home.

Bright & Beautiful Shrewsbury & Telford is a professional, customer-focused housekeeping company providing premium domestic and commercial cleaning services across the local area.
We are a small, friendly business based in Wellington, Shropshire, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality bespoke service through our uniformed cleaning teams of 2–3 people, led by a dedicated Team Leader.

The Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services within domestic and commercial properties while maintaining our high company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Replenishing toiletries and household supplies
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfaces
- Emptying bins and recycling
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages to your Team Leader
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
