Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development through sales and revenue growth , effective communication and relationship building.

Oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the business and also manages ongoing profitability,marketing and promoting the business, managing work schedules and providing service delivery that exceeds guests expectations. Managing budgets and finances and controlling expenditure. Overseeing block bookings for longterm and ensuring that customers are satisfied. Assists management in recruiting, training and managing a hotels employees. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws, and ensuring that the necessary security is in place Implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures to continuously improve a business Proactively seeking opportunities and ways to maximise revenue and develop service delivery. Monitoring employee performance and offering regular evaluation meetings designed to improve service

Responsibilities

-Business development plans and strategies.
- Analyse sales trends to develop strategic sales plans
- Utilise skills to track and manage customer interactions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns

Experience
- Proven experience in business management or a related field
- Ability to speak other languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance data
