Your Role
As a Segment Marketing Manager, you will drive Faerch’s success within the packaging segment by owning and evolving a compelling customer value proposition. You will translate market insights, customer needs, and sustainability ambitions into impactful marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen customer relationships, and support commercial growth.
Working at the intersection of Sales, Innovation, Sustainability, and Marketing, you will champion a value-based selling approach and help position Faerch as the preferred partner in sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously develop the segment value proposition based on market trends, customer insights, and business priorities.

Design and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events that drive customer engagement and generate qualified leads.

Partner closely with Sales, Innovation, and Sustainability teams to ensure a consistent and compelling go-to-market approach.

Create impactful sales and marketing materials that support value-based selling and strengthen customer conversations.

Deliver market insights, trend analyses, and customer communications that keep both internal stakeholders and customers informed and engaged.
Experience & Qualifications

Experience within B2B marketing, product marketing, segment marketing, or a similar commercial role in an international environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and value propositions that support customer engagement and business growth.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data, market trends, and customer insights into actionable plans.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with value-based selling, sustainability-related marketing, or packaging solutions is an advantage.
Success in This Role
Within your first year, you will have strengthened and activated the segment value proposition across key customer touchpoints, increased engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, and provided valuable support to the sales organization through effective tools, insights, and lead generation activities.
Long term, your work will contribute to accelerating growth within the segment while reinforcing Faerch’s position as a sustainability leader in the packaging industry.

We work closely with colleagues across Sales, Innovation, Sustainability, and other business functions to ensure our customers experience the full value of partnering with Faerch.

Location / On-site expectations:
This role requires regular on-site presence and close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. Therefore, we are prioritising candidates who are based within reasonable commuting distance of our Faerch site in either Holstebro, Denmark or Ely, UK.
Please note that this is not a fully remote role.
