Full job description

We are looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Customer & Marketing Coordinator to support our busy Country Park during peak season. This is a varied role that combines excellent customer service with marketing and social media support.

Working remotely for much of the role, you will also be expected to spend some time on site to support operations and manage our reception particularly during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Respond promptly to queries on-site, enquiries via email andtelephone. Ensure the smooth running of guest arrivals and check-ins. Resolve queries or issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.

Operations Coordination

Monitor and manage park calendars and schedules for events and deadlines. Support in the coordination of key park services, suppliers and providers.

Marketing & Administration

Assist with promoting camping and glamping through booking tools, our website and social media channels. Create engaging content to showcase the site, accommodation and local attractions. Monitor customer reviews and help maintain the site's positive online reputation.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Friendly, approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing.
Competent using booking systems, online calendars and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Flexible and willing to attend the site when required.
Driving licence / transport essential due to rural location.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, holiday accommodation or customer service.
Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
