Trainee Events Manager – Immediate Start Available

Full-Time | On-Site | Monday to Friday with Optional Weekend Events

Are you highly organised, creative, and passionate about bringing events to life? Do you enjoy working with people, managing projects, and being part of exciting campaigns and experiences? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch your career in events management.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Trainee Events Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity offering hands-on training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to help plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging events while developing valuable skills in project management, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional and live events
Supporting event logistics, scheduling, and venue management
Liaising with clients, customers, suppliers, and team members
Helping manage event timelines and ensuring smooth delivery
Monitoring event performance and gathering feedback
Supporting brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives
Representing clients professionally at events and promotional activities
Contributing fresh ideas to improve event experiences and outcomes

Strong organisational and time-management abilities
