Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Bristol. Based at our Bristol location, you will play a vital role in managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient delivery of products to our customers, reflecting our company's commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment.
Supervise warehouse staff to ensure safety and productivity.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet delivery deadlines.
Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Oversee the use of warehouse management systems and forklift operations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Monitor budget and manage profit & loss responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse management or supervising warehouse teams.
Strong knowledge of profit & loss management.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP software.
Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to implement process improvements.
Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is preferred.
