We are looking for passionate, caring, and dedicated Early Years professionals to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you are an Early Years Educator, Teacher, SEND 1:1 Practitioner, or an experienced Early Years Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every child can learn, develop, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), where appropriate to the role.
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through play and meaningful interactions.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a strong sense of community.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to planning and next steps where required.
Support children with individual needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring inclusive practice at all times.
Promote children's health, safety, and wellbeing by following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised learning environment.
For leadership roles, provide guidance, support, and mentoring to colleagues while promoting high standards of practice across the setting.
About You
A recognised Early Years qualification appropriate to the role (Level 2, Level 3, Early Years Teacher Status, Qualified Teacher Status, or equivalent).
Experience working within an early years, nursery, preschool, or school setting.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
A caring, patient, and nurturing approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while using your own initiative.
A commitment to providing inclusive, child-centred practice that supports every child's individual needs.
Leadership or management experience is desirable for Early Years Leader positions.
Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable for SEND Practitioner roles.

Pay: £12.75-£15.00 per hour
