Project Manager / Commercial Kitchen Designer

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Commercial Kitchen Designer to join our growing team.

PLEASE NOTE: Previous experience in commercial kitchen design is absolutely essential for this role. Applicants without direct industry experience will not be considered.

This is not a trainee or entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked within the commercial kitchen design / catering equipment industry and can confidently manage projects, deal with customers, produce quotations, and create kitchen layouts using AutoCAD LT.

Key Responsibilities

Designing commercial kitchen layouts using AutoCAD LT (2D)
Meeting and dealing directly with customers
Conducting nationwide site visits and surveys
Producing quotations and project proposals
Managing projects from enquiry through to installation
Coordinating suppliers, installers, and subcontractors
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification

Essential Requirements

Proven previous experience in commercial kitchen design
Experience within the commercial catering equipment industry
Experience using AutoCAD LT (or willingness to learn).
Strong understanding of commercial kitchen workflow and equipment
Experience producing quotations and managing projects
Experience with Microsoft office
Good communication and organisational skills
Must be willing to travel nationwide regularly
Full UK driving licence essential
