Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a knack for upselling services to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of residential blocks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Oversee maintenance and repair services, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying issues and implementing necessary actions.
Prepare service charge budgets and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
Coordinate and manage contractor appointments and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Experience

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with lessees and service providers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team .
