Job Description

We are seeking a part-time proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our Business Development Managers (BDMs) with quotations, sales administration, and customer communication. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing accurate quotations and responding to enquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and issue quotations on behalf of Business Development Managers.
Ensure all quotations are accurately recorded and maintained on the company’s central platform.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and outstanding enquiries.
Always deliver a high standard of customer service.

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, conscientious, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office administration role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
