Full job description

We are a specialist renewable heating systems company and are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team to assist with general office duties and knowledge of accounts/book-keeping.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting with general office duties.
Communicating with customers and suppliers.
Organising appointments where necessary.
Continuously improving all aspects of activities.
Meet output deadlines, ensure proper planning and correct follow up procedures.
Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
Updating database, maintaining logs and spreadsheets.
Data-entry.

Knowledge and Experience

Strong work ethic, morals and integrity.
Work well under pressure.
Strong management and organisation skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience with all office packages and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and decision making skills.

Qualifications

Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Administrative experience with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Accuracy for data entry tasks.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Previous office experience is preferred.
Knowledge of data entry, clerical tasks, and basic accounting principles.
Advanced experience in accountancy an advantage.
