About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Traffic Management Operative to join our growing team working on a variety of highway and traffic management projects between Southampton and London. This role involves the safe installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management systems on road networks during night-time operations.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems
Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
Conduct equipment checks and report any defects
Work closely with team members to deliver projects efficiently
Maintain a professional approach when working on public highways

Essential Requirements

Valid M1/M2 Traffic Management Qualification (minimum requirement)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Ability to work night shifts on a regular basis
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable Requirements

M5 Traffic Management Qualification
Previous experience in traffic management or highways maintenance
Experience driving company vehicles and towing equipment
Additional LANTRA or NHSS qualifications
