Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Provide detailed information about our financial products and services, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document interactions, track issues, and follow up on unresolved matters.
Analyze customer feedback and transaction data to identify common issues or opportunities for process improvements.
Assist customers with account management tasks such as updates, troubleshooting, or service requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues swiftly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions to support ongoing service excellence.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically across diverse audiences.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Knowledge of financial services products or the willingness to learn quickly about complex financial concepts.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs, interpret data, and identify effective solutions.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
