We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager with strong CQC knowledge and leadership experience to take ownership of a new site, build a skilled team from the ground up, and run the home with full autonomy.

What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) - Essential
- Proven track record with CIW regulations and inspections
- Commissioning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
- A passion for dementia care and a person-centred approach
As the Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small and aesthetic home catering to elderly residents, many of whom live with dementia. You'll work alongside the senior management team to ensure high standards of care, develop your staff team, and deliver an exceptional quality of life for residents.
