Following our success as Caravan Dealer of the Year 2026 and Runner-Up in 2025, we're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales administration and customer relations co-ordinator to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Sales administration and customer relations co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering the outstanding customer experience Kimberley is known for.
From the moment a customer purchases their new caravan or motorhome through to collection day, you'll help coordinate every stage of their journey. Working closely with our customers, Sales Team, Administration Team, and other departments, you'll ensure everything is in place so customers can simply look forward to collecting their new vehicle and starting their next adventure.
No two days are ever the same, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and keeping everything organised behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team with the administration of customer orders from point of sale through to vehicle collection.
- Handle customer enquiries before and after purchase via telephone and email.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records and customer information.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries to site ahead of customer collection dates.
- Manage incoming and outgoing delivery schedules.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues across Sales, Aftersales, Workshop, and Administration departments.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Produce reports and support the wider administration team.
- Managing the inbox
- Take responsibility for keeping up to date with product knowledge and vehicle specifications
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department. Including but not limited to invoicing/ ordering/ registering and taxing vehicles
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Continually develop your knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Answering sales calls and message taking when sales team are busy with customers already
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys reorganising when plans change, takes pride in staying organised, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively.
- A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable working closely with different departments and building strong working relationships.
- Confident enough to question inaccurate or incomplete administration where necessary.
- Keen to learn about our products and the caravan and motorhome industry.
- A proactive team player who enjoys contributing to shared success.
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, retail administration, the motor trade, or the leisure industry would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work for events and cover when needed, 9am to 5.30pm with the salary dependant on experience.
