Full job description

AG Hotels Group is currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager - Front of House to join our team at Casa Mere Hotel, Knutsford. As the Duty Manager - Front of House, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the reception, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the face of the hotel, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service and uphold our standards.
Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and take on few reception shifts as per the business needs
Resolve guest issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
Efficiently manage staff schedules to meet operational demands
Conduct training sessions for the reception team, emphasizing service excellence and brand standards.
Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and address challenges promptly.
Uphold high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Help in other departments when required

Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house management role in a similar role.
Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Rezlynx or similar).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The candidate should be flexible working on weekends and bank holidays.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
