Full job description

Are you a confident, driven, and experienced Sales Negotiator ready to take the next step in your career? Redrose Estate Agents are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our friendly and dynamic team.

We are a trusted, independent, family run estate agency with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and results across Chorley, Leyland, Buckshaw Village, and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing business where your skills and ambition will be recognised and rewarded.

What you’ll be doing:

Negotiate offers and agreeing sales to achieve the best outcome for clients
Working on your list of hot applicants, matching and pro-actively arranging viewings
Carry out viewings with professionalism and confidence and build a strong relationship with active buyers
Progress the sale from accepted offer to completion by keeping a regular, active involvement with vendor, buyer and solicitors
Support the Valuer with price expectations and market adjustments
Work as part of a team which services both sales and lettings clients

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (minimum 2 years, ideally)
A results-driven approach with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Strong knowledge of the local property market (Chorley, Leyland and surrounding areas preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Positive, pro-active outlook and outgoing personality
Team player with a focus on personal results and achievements
