General Labourer – Golf Course Construction – Fife – Immediate Start

Overview

We are a Golf course construction and landscaping team specialising in the construction and renovation of high-quality golf courses. Our work is carried out on large outdoor construction sites and includes groundworks, shaping, grading, bunker construction, drainage, irrigation, turf and finishing work .

We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our team in Fife. This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role, working as part of a construction team. Previous experience in construction is preferred.

Immediate start available. Applicants must have their own transport and a full UK driving licence, as our work sites are not accessible by public transport.

Duties

Assisting with golf course construction & renovation
Turf prep, shaping, grading, seeding, turf laying
Bunker construction & drainage support
Using basic hand tools (training provided)
Moving materials (sand, soil, turf, aggregates)
General groundworks, landscaping & site clean-up
Working outdoors in all weather as part of a team

Requirements

Must be 18+
Previous experience in ground maintenance / construction preferred
Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence.
Own transport (essential, as sites are not accessible by public transport).
Immediate Start – Fife (KY16)

Location: Fife – KY16

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
