Overview
Stoba Precision Technology Limited, on The Mackley Estate, Small Dole, West Sussex. We are a fast-growing manufacturing company and we specialize in the manufacture of high precision machined components for the automotive sector. We are committed to producing quality products and services and have achieved the much coveted IATF: 16949:2016 automotive quality management standard.

Responsibilities

Measuring and verifying that machined metal components are correct to specification;
Performing scheduled gateway inspections on production parts in order to approve the batch of components to be moved to next process stage;
The use of handheld measuring equipment such as, micrometre, linear gauges, attribute gauges,
visual inspection and specialized measurement machines;
100% inspection of product batches on any features that have failed the gateway audit.

Skills

Solid understanding of quality assurance processes within a manufacturing or production environment desirable.
Excellent attention to detail coupled with organisational skills to manage multiple inspection tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills, capable of documenting findings clearly and working collaboratively with team members.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and diligence. This role is ideal for individuals committed to ensuring product excellence through meticulous inspection practices, contributing significantly to our organisation’s reputation for quality.

Pay: From £36,400.00 per year
