Boxford Farms Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Orchard Construction Assistant to join our Orchard Development Team. Working alongside our Orchard Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in creating, maintaining, and improving our orchards, helping to deliver exciting projects that support the future of our business.

No two days are the same, and this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while working in the beautiful countryside.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Orchard Construction team, you'll be involved in:

Building, maintaining, and repairing orchard infrastructure
Assisting with new orchard development and construction projects
Helping monitor project progress and quality
Keeping accurate records and supporting project reporting
Working safely and efficiently as part of a close-knit team
Supporting and encouraging colleagues through training and teamwork
Contributing ideas to improve the way we work

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Practical, hands-on, and enjoys working outdoors in all seasons
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
A good communicator with a polite and professional manner

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
Right to work in the UK
Competent written and spoken English

Desirable

Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, agriculture, or a similar practical role
