Full job description

The Vaults Group is the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of private safe deposit boxes, operating across fourteen locations. We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Branch Supervisor to join our team at Belfast Vaults.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the branch, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture while ensuring full compliance with company policies and security standards.
Oversee all Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for both employees and customers.
Maintain accurate and secure customer records in line with GDPR requirements.
Ensure branch presentation and operational standards are consistently maintained to the highest level.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare staff rotas and manage holiday or absence cover as required.

Experience & Skills:

Previous supervisory experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Professional, reliable, and security-conscious approach to work.

Pay: From £29,100.00 per year
