Job Description:

Sean Graham are passionate about delivering great customer service and we are looking for people who enjoy working in a dynamic and customer focused environment

Candidates must be 18 years and over in order to take up this position. This is a Legal age Limit for Licensed Bookmaking Offices

The Role

· Delivering consistently exceptional customer service and ensuring our customer’s a great customer journey, resolving complaints and issues when necessary.

· Ensuring compliance with the following;

o Health and Safety Procedures

o Think 21

o Security procedures

o Social responsibility

o Responsible Gambling and Self Exclusion Guidelines

o Cost control and Bet Translation Procedures

· Ensuring the shop is clean and a shop tidy is completed at regular intervals when on duty.

· Ensuring the Customer Service Cashier understand the company’s product offering in shop to enable them to have confident conversations with customers.

· Maintaining high shop standards, taking pride in the shop and ensuring all colleagues adhere to the company uniform policy.

· Understanding how they can personally impact the shop’s profitability.

Person Specification

· Passion for delivering great customer care

· Ability to adapt and learn

· Self-Motivation

· Happy to work alone and within a team

· Strong organisation skills

· Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively

· Ability to deal with tough situations in a calm and professional manner

Our shop Opening Hours are between 9:45am – 9.00pm Monday to Sundays

In this role your contract hours will include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays

Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

English (required)

Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

25% (preferred)
