We are seeking a creative, outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Manchester. If you are naturally curious, enjoy interacting with people, and want to gain hands-on customer-facing experience rather than spending your day sat behind a desk, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

As direct customer-facing brand activation specialists, we focus on interactive audience engagement and account acquisition. Working alongside experienced campaign mentors, you will support live venue setups, learn practical communication strategies, and engage prospective buyers directly while building skills to step into future team leadership roles.

Every campaign has one clear focus: connecting partner brands with consumers through clear, engaging interaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a central role in bringing brand promotions to life across active venue setups, retail pop-ups, and high-footfall sites in Manchester. You will engage directly with prospective buyers on-site, deliver tailored product overviews, answer public inquiries, and secure new account registrations.

No two shifts are identical, giving you practical exposure to diverse campaign setups, customer communication strategies, and target-driven environments.
