Location: The Toby Jug
Hours: Part-time (evenings/weekends essential)

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to join The Toby Jug. This role involves a mix of retail and bar duties, helping deliver great customer service both in the off-sales and within the bar when required.

Key Responsibilities

Serving customers and processing sales efficiently
Providing excellent customer service and product recommendations
Stocking shelves and ensuring displays are clean, tidy, and well presented
Monitoring and checking stock levels, reporting low or fast-selling items
Assisting with deliveries and restocking fridges and shelves
Supporting bar operations when needed (serving drinks, glass collection, etc.)
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the shop and bar areas
Handling cash and card payments accurately

Friendly and approachable personality
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Previous retail or bar experience is an advantage
