What you'll be doing

Welcome clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach.
Manage incoming calls, emails and appointments.
Provide administrative support to the directors.
Prepare documents and maintain accurate filing systems.
Organise meetings and office communications.
Manage office supplies.
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

What we're looking for

You'll be organised, approachable and enjoy helping people.

Ideally you'll also have:

Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office.
A positive, proactive attitude.

Previous reception, administration or secretarial experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
