Nesting Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for carrying out nesting on sigma Nesting, production drawings to manufacture parts required.
Responsible for creating engineer drawings for CNC Plasma using nesting software.
They will have good organisation skills to prioritise parts and nests in line with the fabrication schedule, reduce waste and ensure parts as per customer specification
Involved in pricing projects and calculating costings

The successful candidate must have:

Relevant previous experience in an engineering environment
Previous experience programming machines and be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Ideally you will have a 3rd level education in engineering
Experience creating engineer drawings ideally nesting experience
