Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient operations.
Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Implement training programs for new staff members on serving practices, and in keeping our standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in team management.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
A background in management is also beneficial but not essential. If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and possess the skills necessary to lead a dynamic team while providing outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
